We'd rather price a few tracks honestly than nickel-and-dime add-ons. Whichever track you pick, this is what lands in the tote.

Eggs, grits, fruit, pastries and the good coffee — open 7:30–9:00 AM every morning of your track.

Full spread at midday with rotating menus. Vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free options on every table.

Conference fees are fully covered for accepted scholarship recipients. Students and early-career researchers (within five years of their terminal degree) are eligible. We review on a rolling basis between April 15 and June 1; decisions go out by June 15.
